Step 1: Discovery Call

We begin with a 15-minute phone call where we get to know each other and assess whether we’re a good fit for your project. This conversation helps us understand your goals, style, and any initial questions you may have.

Following the call, we send you a Welcome Package that outlines our process in more detail and explains what to expect next.

Step 2: Paid Consultation

Before the paid consultation, we provide carefully crafted questionnaires tailored to your project. These help us gather important information—like your lifestyle needs, design preferences, and any specific challenges—so we arrive prepared and can make the most of our time together.

During the consultation, we:

Review your project in detail, including your style preferences, functional needs, and any inspiration you’ve gathered.
Tour your home (or review your plans) to understand the space and opportunities.
Discuss your priorities, timeline, and budget considerations.
Outline a tailored design process and recommend next steps.

Step 3: Design Development

After the consultation, we’ll develop a personalized design plan, including concept boards, floor plans, and (if applicable) realistic 3D renderings. We’ll work closely with you to refine the vision until it’s just right.

Step 4: Implementation

Once you approve the design, we handle the details—from sourcing materials and furnishings to overseeing installation. We’re dedicated to making the process seamless and stress-free, ensuring your new space is everything you dreamed it would be.
